Why is shipping so high? 
We understand that paying $5 shipping for a $5 item does not sound reasonable but we have no choice. Our shipping rates are based on what USPS(the local post office) charges us. Also to ensure that your food arrives fresh, we choose overnight or 2 day delivery for food products which is very costly.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and larger events. Availability is based on your event date, guest count, menu, and service requirements.

Can I customize my catering menu?

Absolutely. Our catering menu offers a selection of Cameroonian favorites, signature dishes, small chops, sides, desserts, and more. We can work with you to create a menu that suits your event.

Do you offer catering packages?

Yes. We offer curated catering packages as well as customized menus. Packages can be tailored based on your guest count, menu preferences, and service style.

We offer drop-off catering, buffet catering, and full-service catering. Availability may vary depending on the event size and location.

What is the Manka’s Puff Puff Live Experience?

Our Puff Puff Live Experience brings freshly prepared, warm puff puff directly to your event. Guests can enjoy our signature flavors alongside golden plantains and a selection of delicious small chops.

What puff puff flavors are available?

Our signature flavors include Cheesecake, Cookies & Cream, Chocolate, and Coconut Caramel. Availability may vary based on the event and package selected.

Can I book the Puff Puff Live Experience without full catering?

Yes. The Puff Puff Live Experience can be booked as a standalone experience for select events, subject to availability.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs when possible. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when submitting your inquiry so we can discuss available options.

Can I schedule a tasting before my event?

Tastings may be available for select events and catering packages. Please mention your interest in a tasting when submitting your catering inquiry.

How do I get a catering quote?

Complete our Catering Inquiry Form with your event date, location, guest count, preferred service, and menu interests. Our team will review your request and contact you with the next steps.

Is a deposit required to secure my date?

A non refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your catering reservation.

Can I make changes after booking?

We understand that event details can change. Menu and guest-count adjustments may be possible up to a specified deadline and may affect your final quote.

Do you cater large events?

Yes. We can accommodate larger celebrations depending on the date, guest count, menu, staffing, and location. Submit an inquiry with your event details so we can determine how best to serve you.

Can puff puff be mixed overnight?

I do not recommend you leave your puff puff to stay overnight coz it will fall after rising.

Do I need to add yeast to my puff puff mix?

NO you do not! The mix already has enough yeast in it

When will my order ship? 

EXCEPT Products from our fresh meals section, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped out on the next business day. Fresh meals are shipped only on MONDAY-WEDNESDAY to ensure delivery time. 

Help! I have not received my package. 

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number to see where your package is on the map. Also drop us an email or text us and we will investigate the matter immediately. 

When will my local delivery be made?

Local deliveries are made for within 48 hours of orders placed on weekdays. All orders placed on weekends will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday of the new week.
